Application Requirements

1.Basic qualification of Applicants

1)Educational background
Students have completed a 12-year formal educationcurriculum or more at homeland

2)Age
In principle, applicants must be 18 to 22 years old at the time of admission
However, applicants who have completed post-graduate education course must be under 25 years old

3)Japanese Language Proficiency

a)1-year course
Japanese language proficiency from level 3 or higher level

b)1-year and 3-month course
Japanese language proficiency from level 3 or higher level

c)
1-year and 6-month course
Japanese language proficiency from level 4 or higher level

d)1-year and 9-month course
Japanese language proficiency from level 4 or higher level

e)2-year course
Japanese language proficiency from level 5 or higher level
Or, students must have a level of more than 150 learning hours in Japanese language

4)Financial capacity
Ensure financial capacity for tuition and living expenses for studying in Japan.

2.Admission procedures

1) Submit documents
Students submit a full set of documents.

2)Interview and test Japanese level
After checking application forms, the person in charge of Japanese Language School will interview and test the students' proficiency in Japanese.

3)Submit documents and bank transfer for the payment of test fee.
Students who passed interviews and tests for Japanese language proficiency are required to prepare for a full set of documents and transfer to the designated bank account with an amount of 30,000 (thirty thousand) Yen for payment of test fee.

10.Certificate of employment and income of the financial sponsor
11.Certificate of bank account of the financial sponsor(with more than 2million Yen or
in oother equivalent forign currency)
12.Copy of passport(all pages)
13.6portrait photos(Fill in your full name on the back)(no frame, 40mmx30mm)
*Including 02portrait photos pasted on Application Form and Curriculum Vitae-Personal Information
*The document is presented in Japanese, in some other papers must be translated into Japanese.
*In addition to the above documents, in some cases, at the request of Japanese Ministry of Justice, applicants will have to submit other documents.
*After receiving records and test fees, CODO International College will issue and send Admission decision for students.
*CODO will make all procedures from enrolling to applying for "Certificate of Eligibility" issued by Japanese Ministry of Justice.

4)Check students' Eligibility at the Immigration Management Department
CODO will notify students after being issued "Certification onEligibility" by Ministry of Justice.

Bank transfer for payment of tuition and living expenses / We will have interview again and
Japanese language proficiency test to the applicants.


Bank transfer for payment of tuition via bank name designated be CODO.

After receiving bank transfe confirmation, the person in charge of CODO will interview and test 2nd Japanese language proficiency for students.

CODO will grant "Certificate of Eligibirity" for suitable students.

5)Visa application form and other documents.
After receiving "Certificate of Eligibility", students make procedures immediately to apply for visa at Embassy of Japan or Consulate General of Japan in vietnum.

After being granted a visa, students must notify CODO International College. In addition,
before entering into Japan, the students must be prepared 6 new portrait photos(no picture frame, 40mm x 30 mm)
Students arrive to Fukuoka airport and entry into Japan on the designated time.
*Requirements
1)In cases students are not granted "Certificate of Eligibility" or visa, CODO will not refund the test fees.

2)If students decline admission, CODO will refund after subtracting test fee and enrollment fee from the transfered amount.
3)After entering Japan, if students give up their study for personal reasons or leave for
school due to punishment, CODO will not refund tuition for those cases. Please note this rule.
