For admission, what are procedures?

Does CODO has any dormitory for students?

Yes, the school has 3-storey building used as a dormitory
for international students. It is well equipped with furniture,
television, microwave, refrigeratoe, washing machine.
Dormitory expenses are about 17,000~22,500 Yen / month
(not including costs of electricity, were).

How about living expenses?

The price of goods in Saga prefetture is relatively cheap;
the living expense is 50,000 Yen every munth.

Can I have a part-time job?

After making registration procedure to be issued "Certificate
of Eligibility" by Immigration Department, if the class
attendance and kind of part-time jobs are properly
scheduled and allowed, the students can have a part- time
jobs upto 28 hours / week. CODO's students are currently
working in restaurants, supermarkets and factories
neighbouring areas.


How do I do if I've had an accident or illness.

International students are compulsory to participate in
"National Health Insurance" and "Compensation insurance
for students in Japanese Language School" . Therefore,
they can live in a good condition in Japan. If having any
inquiries, students can contact directly with CODO.

How are my subsequent learnin opportunities afte
graduating from CODO International College?

Every year, most CODO's graduates continue their studies
and colleges such as Kochi University, Miyazaki University,
Saga University, Shimonoseki City University in Japan. In
addition, students are studying in private universities such
as APU (Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University), Kurume
University, Fukuoka University, Kyusyu Industry University
and other Universities in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka.
